At Elevate, the landscape architecture transforms compact residential spaces into refined outdoor environments shaped by clean geometry, layered planting, water, and flexible gathering areas. Contemporary frontages establish a cohesive streetscape, while private rear gardens extend daily living outdoors through carefully composed spaces for dining, entertaining, and retreat.
The front landscapes use a restrained, contemporary palette to complement the community's urban character. Linear walks, turf-jointed paving, raised planters, specimen trees, sculptural succulents, ornamental grasses, and clipped evergreen planting create clear entries within limited setbacks. Repeated planting forms, precise edges, and integrated lighting give the streetscape consistency while allowing each residence to maintain an individual landscape identity.
Rear gardens are organized as compact outdoor rooms with a strong indoor-outdoor connection.
