Clubhouse / Residential Amenity
A composition of stone towers, pitched metal roofs, and deep timber structures gives the clubhouse the presence of a private resort, with architecture and landscape arranged around a richly layered pool setting.
The clubhouse unfolds as a collection of distinct buildings gathered around the central pool rather than as a single dominant structure. Stone towers create moments of height and arrival, while pitched metal roofs, vertical siding, and broad timber structures give the lower volumes a more relaxed scale. Framed openings face the water and gardens, keeping the principal gathering spaces visually connected to the surrounding amenity grounds and reinforcing the sense that the entire setting has been conceived as one architectural composition.
The pool landscape extends that composition into a series of carefully defined destinations. Palms and layered planting establish a lush framework around the water, while pergolas, cabanas, low stone walls, and changes in paving create quieter pockets within the larger grounds. The main pool, spa, and adjoining water features are positioned alongside shaded seating and open terraces, allowing active and more secluded spaces to coexist without feeling disconnected from one another.
