A contemporary interpretation of hacienda living, The Hacienda layers hand-finished wood, arched forms, blackened metal, and richly textured furnishings to create a residence that feels grounded, collected, and quietly dramatic.
The Hacienda is conceived around a deliberate contrast between architectural restraint and artisanal character. Deep-stained ceiling beams and weathered wood cabinetry bring warmth to pale plaster walls and limestone floors, while broad arches and decorative ironwork reference Spanish traditions without feeling literal. Vintage-inspired rugs, sculptural lighting, and tailored furnishings add a collected quality that gives the interiors a sense of history and permanence.
The principal gathering spaces move easily from formal dining and living areas to a substantial kitchen and a series of dedicated entertainment rooms. In the kitchen, reclaimed wood cabinetry is paired with expansive stone surfaces and matte black fixtures, while the living room is anchored by a streamlined fireplace and illuminated display niches. A dramatic bar and wine room shift the mood through black stone, glass bottle displays, fire, and a sculptural rope ceiling installation, with a private cinema extending the home's emphasis on entertaining.
Rustic materiality, precise contemporary detailing, and moments of theatrical design give the residence a character that is both rooted and unexpected.
