A warm, light-filled residence shaped by natural materials and timeless proportions, Coto Residence brings an effortless sense of comfort and refinement to life in Coto de Caza.
Coto Residence is conceived as a relaxed contemporary interior where traditional forms are softened through a warm, modern palette. Arched openings, natural wood ceilings and beams, black-framed glazing, and tailored millwork establish a gracious architectural framework, while brass accents, sculptural lighting, and tactile furnishings add a subtle sense of polish.
At the center of the home, the kitchen and family room come together as an open setting for everyday living and gathering. White cabinetry is balanced by a deep-toned island, broad stone surfaces, warm wood shelving, and softly illuminated details. A textured fireplace wall and integrated built-ins anchor the living area, while the adjacent dining spaces introduce a more formal rhythm without losing the home's relaxed character.
Natural wood, quiet color, and carefully composed detail create a home that feels collected, gracious, and enduring.
