Build to Rent

Willow Creek brings a crisp, contemporary farmhouse character to build-to-rent living, shaping a varied neighborhood through strong rooflines, graphic contrast, and a clear sense of individual address.

Willow Creek is composed as a collection of detached homes with deliberately restrained architectural language. Steep gables, broad upper-level volumes, and occasional low-pitched roof forms create variation across the streetscape, while board-and-batten and horizontal siding shift between white, soft gray, and deep charcoal. Projecting window bays, simple shutters, covered entries, and clean trim give each elevation its own identity without breaking the continuity of the community.

Inside, the architecture becomes quieter and more open. Kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms are arranged as connected spaces, with broad windows bringing daylight across the plans and extending sightlines from room to room. Generous islands establish the kitchens as natural gathering points, while straightforward cabinetry, light counters, and continuous flooring keep the interiors calm and adaptable. The result is a practical residential framework that feels bright, generous, and easy to inhabit.

A controlled palette and changing silhouettes give Willow Creek a strong architectural identity while allowing each home to read as its own place within the larger neighborhood.
