Contemporary Beach House opens to the Newport Beach shoreline, pairing expansive glass with light-filled interiors and terraces that bring the ocean into everyday life.
A pale exterior, broad openings, and transparent balcony railings give the beach-facing elevation a clean, contemporary presence. Layered outdoor spaces connect the home to the sand, while palms frame the coastal outlook.
Inside, a sculptural glass staircase rises through a tall central space, with slender metal railings and clear treads preserving views between levels. An indoor planting bed softens the circulation area, while artwork, warm wood accents, and pale flooring bring texture to the bright interior.
Transparent spaces and open terraces keep the shoreline in view throughout the home.
