Architecture
A contemporary architectural expression of glass, wood, and clean geometric forms establishes Novel House as a vibrant community destination, where generous gathering spaces and seamless indoor-outdoor connections encourage interaction, recreation, and everyday social life.
The architecture brings together contemporary forms, expansive glazing, and warm natural materials to create a distinctive gathering place within Novel Park. A prominent two-story volume defines the building’s presence, while transparent facades reveal the activity within and establish a visual connection to the surrounding landscape. Wood accents introduce warmth against the building’s modern exterior, balancing its strong geometric composition with an inviting, approachable character. Generous openings, outdoor terraces, and carefully integrated landscape areas soften the transition between the architecture and the surrounding public spaces.
Inside, double-height spaces, exposed structural elements, and floor-to-ceiling windows create an open and energetic environment. Warm wood finishes, contemporary furnishings, and comfortable lounge arrangements establish a welcoming setting for social interaction and informal gatherings. Large glass openings connect interior seating areas with adjacent outdoor spaces, allowing activities to extend naturally beyond the building. The combination of generous volume, natural light, and thoughtfully arranged social spaces reinforces the clubhouse’s role as a central destination for the community.
Extending beyond the building, a connected network of outdoor lounges, landscaped gathering areas, and flexible recreation spaces transforms Novel Park into an active neighborhood destination, bringing people together through a shared experience of architecture, landscape, and community.
