At The Ridge, the landscape architecture transforms compact residential sites into layered outdoor environments that feel private, immersive, and resort-like. Courtyards, pools, terraces, and covered rooms are carefully composed around the architecture, creating seamless indoor-outdoor connections while giving each model home its own distinct landscape identity.
The front landscapes are designed as refined arrival gardens, using structured hedges, ornamental trees, palms, succulents, and architectural planting to frame entries and soften the massing of the homes. Stone walls, raised planters, stepped walks, and patterned paving create a strong sense of procession, while low-voltage lighting extends the composition into the evening and highlights key planting and material moments.
In the rear yards, water becomes a primary organizing element. Pools are fitted tightly to the architecture and combined with stepping pads, shallow shelves, spa zones, raised water features, and sculptural fountains to maximize limited space. Covered outdoor dining rooms, built-in kitchens, fireplaces, and fabric shade canopies establish comfortable outdoor rooms, while layered evergreen screening and tropical planting create privacy and reinforce the sense of enclosure.

A highly crafted landscape turns constrained residential lots into complete outdoor experiences, balancing water, shade, planting, and architectural detail with a strong sense of intimacy.
